[IRCA] TP 31 Jul; Victoria version

My first thought was that it was a stinker of a morning, few and weak 
carriers, yet, every once in awhile, one of them would rise out of 
the murk to near audibility.   A tentative Trackside/Livesport/TAB TV 
on 828 was quite a surprise, though maybe 3GI reports from the track 
from time to time?



Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music) :


567 man talking DU EE inflection 1203UT
738 man talking FF inflection 1127UT
774 man talking DU EE inflection 1225UT
828 seemed like live horse racing "something-or-other Warrior" 
mentioned several times  1221UT, then a quieter man started talking, 
almost like a different station
1116 man talking DU EE inflection, 1119UT, then pop mx


Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter):
