Yes, after Mauno showed me how to calibrate the Perseus I measured 1450.307 the last night. We thought it was drifting slightly which is common when a station is this messed up.
73 KAZ back home.

Subject: [IRCA] KLZS-1450 off frequency
Noted during this week's Yachats, OR Dxpedition: KLZS-1450 Eugene OR is
way off frequency. It's on 1450.3 kHz with its comedy format. KLZS was
creating a huge het for us day and night (Yachats is about 50 miles west
of Eugene).
