Um, I can't make out the first part of the (canned?) break as the soft 
pop fades, but the last part to me sounds more like "... Radio Five 
Thirty-One, Pee Eye."

The music that follows is pretty much sounds as if it's setting up for 
an "Island-type" instrumental.  Does your recording continue like that, 
Gary?

The station isn't entirely Island-language -- e.g. news in the daytime 
on the hour can be in English.
