[IRCA] TP 15 Jul; Victoria version

Carriers continued to be sparse and weak this morning, with just a tiny bit of audio.

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

612 woman talking, too faint for language ID at 1220UT, continued on and off until after 1240UT 738 likely Tahiti, man talking 1125UT, woman at 1200UT, both with FF inflection, a ballad at 1210UT possibly the "best" strength, not saying very much...

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

1017 1503

best wishes,

Nick
