[IRCA] TP 13 Jul; Victoria version

Not too much excitement today until after 1200UT, when there was a 
bit of lift in the upper band.   Several carriers showed up in the 
X-band, but none particularly strong except for 1611 and particularly 1701.




Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be 
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in 
talk or music) :

738 man talking, FF inflection?  1109UT
1503  man talking 1205UT, possibly DU EE
1575 man talking, then woman 1206UT, very weak
1701  man talking 1210UT, didn't sound EE, bit of a hum on the channel




Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or 
ravaged by splatter):

567 756 963 1008 1017 1035 1314 1611
