[IRCA] TP 9 Jul; Victoria version

Not a great number of carriers, but did get a reasonable fade up on Tahiti 738

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

asking a bit much today

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

738 Tahiti reaching this level for a couple of minutes around 1206UT and 1213UT, woman in FF and into orchestral mx. Would have been quite readable without the splash

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

738 passing through

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

774 man and woman talking 1155UT, too little audio for a guess at language

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

756 1008 1017 1035 1107 + SAH, 1116

best wishes,

Nick
