Again, weak carriers and not too many. Audio at this time of year
can be pretty ethereal, audible only because of the low level of
splatter. 567 illustrated that this morning, often just barely
there, and still "going weak" at local sunrise, 1220UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :
567 likely NZ. Man talking, DU EE inflection 1110UT; turned up
seconds after 1200UT also, and finishing up with a few minutes around
1218UT, mostly female vocal mx
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
