A spotty but interesting morning, with more Asia than Down Under...at
least if you listened early enough.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):
not today
reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
774 JOUB man talking 1132UT faded up to ensemble operatic singing
1142UT followed by man in JJ, briefly at this level.
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be
understood by a native speaker:
594 JOAK slow female vocal music peaking at 1152UT, then fading to
unreadable talk by man, NHK2 pips barely there at 1200UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :
180 R. Rossii assumed, deep voiced man talking at 1133UT
828 JOBB man talking JJ inflection 1136UT , sure enough, //774
1116 4BC? woman talking 1138, maybe DU EE inflection
1287 JOHR? man talking JJ inflection 1141UT
1548 4QD? woman talking, couldn't get above the splash 1202UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
603 612 675 702 756 1323 1503 1566
best wishes,
Nick
