[IRCA] TP 14 May; Victoria version

Some weak audios, mostly Asia, with hints of DU, and either on longwave or upper band.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

not today

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

nope

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

not even here

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

180 R. Rossii, just the pips at 1200UT
279 R. Rossii. pips at 1200UT after RR sounding talk by man
1287 JOHR? man talking just before 1200UT, and also afterwards leading into rock mx interlude. The hour itself covered by news sounder splash from domestics 1548 4QD? man in DU EE inflected talk 1217UT , very tough in splash, and likely readable without.

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

756 1098 1323 1503 1629 (off channel)

best wishes,

Nick
