[IRCA] ULR DX...1450 WKAL Rome, NY..DX TEST HEARD!!! New Station!!

Hi Guys:

   Just tried for the 1450 WKAL DX Test on 1450 Khz and was happy to Hear the Morse Code ID at 0101 EDT!!! WKAL is a NEW Station for both the Ultralight and Overall Logs!!

Thanks to all who made this TEST Possible!!!

RECEIVER USED...............SONY SRF-T615 Ultralight BAREFOOT

Total Ultralight Stations Heard................1055 Stations

1450 WKAL Rome, NY   May/05/13  0101-0103 EDT    EE     FAIR
Morse Code heard from 0101-0103 EDT. Rough Copy but managed to hear the 
Following.....
"WKAL WKAL AM 1450 Rome, NY" I think there was more than that but QSB and QRN 
made copy tough. I believe this was a 400 Khz Tone...Not the 1000 Khz Tone.
No Other programming heard. I heard the Song "Tequila by the Champs" before the
ID, but I don't know if that was WKAL or someone else???
