Now, that was more like an April morning,...even extreme minimalist
DXing couldn't drag too much out of the murk over the period 1215 to
1315UT (spot checking the recording mostly)
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):
definitely not today
reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
1566 HLAZ amazingly able to drag itself briefly to this strength at
1236UT with choral singing
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be
understood by a native speaker:
HLAZ passing through
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :
567 woman talking 1254UT, likely DU?
738 Tahiti? pop mx followed by woman talking, maybe FF inflection 1243UT
774 JOUB likely with the jollity of the EE lessons poking through 1215UT
828 woman talking 1239UT, JJ inflection??
891 man talking 1243UT, too weak for any guess at the language
1116 possibly 4BC w/man talking, DU EE cadence, 1255UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
1098 1287 1323
best wishes,
Nick
