ID", lost again in jumble. This station is getting more common. (PM-OR)

1700   WQQK643  OR, Happy Valley, fair with peaks with different anmts
on things going on around Happy Valley "..Happy Valley's new radio
station...." Mentioned website and they wnt to hear from listeners at
1823 EDT 3/13. (PM-OR)
