[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 4-4

Hello All,

The east Asian stations were pretty vibrant here this morning with potent signals from three Korean big guns (972, 1053 and 1566) plus fair signals from 738-Taiwan and 936-Anhui, generally peaking around 1315. 1134-KBS was also in with fair signals, although the Japanese seemed to be in relative hibernation (not unusual here). Best TP signal was 972-HLCA with very good Korean YL audio at 1318.  Still continuing to test out the new 12" DXpedition FSL here, which seems to dig out the weak TP's better than last year's 8" model.
