[IRCA] WKBI Test

It looks like WKBI will remain my closest unheard GY for another couple of decades. - and also the only GY within 240 miles not heard here. I had recordings for all three TOH's, and nothing remotely like code or sweeps was heard. Mostly WRAK-PA, WICK-PA and someone with Classic Hits, likely WDNY-NY.
