[IRCA] WKBI-1400 DX test

I had local WGAP nulled to nothing, listened all three hourtops from :00 to :07, and had no sign of WKBI.

 

KBXD-1480   needed, not heard.

WVBG-1490   unneeded, heard.

KSEY-1230   needed, not heard (no domestic graveyarder over 781 miles has ever made it here, and KSEY is 882).

WKBI-1400   needed, not heard.
