Yikes Walt, having the ocean down at the end of your road sure made a
difference today. Just a weak SAH-y carrier on 1116 here this
morning at that time; conditions were still Asian, but generally
poorer than the last couple of mornings, barring weak CRI on
1017. And 747 was the most consistent NHK2 here, even after
1400UT, though never really strong. Things seemed to fade out just
after 1350UT, but a few returned for a last hurrah closer to the top
of the hour. My listening results in the usual format down below.

Gary, 1116 from Brisbane was heard rather well here in Victoria, this

heard very well, but not consistently around the same time. 73, Walt

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):
not today
reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
594 JOAK man in JJ 1353UT
747 JOIB man in JJ, woman in CC 1354UT; most consistent NHK2 today
774 JOBB CC lessons 1351UT
1287 JOHR woman and man in JJ talk 1350UT, lasted until 10 minutes
after our 1400UT sunrise, but at a lower level
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be
understood by a native speaker:
the above, passing through!
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :
279 R. Rossii presumed; female vocal mx 1352UT
828 JOBB man talking //747 1358UT; think this might have been
stronger earlier, but neglected to note it down.
864 man talking, too much splash to tell the language
1017 CRI instrumental mx //5965 1346UT
1053 KK jammer 1353UT
1566 HLAZ presumed. Man talking, CC inflection at 1407UT
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

best wishes,
Nick
