[IRCA] 1270khz LSB Wandering tone

[amdxer@xxxxxxxx]

The wandering het and resultant tone on 1270khz LSB is
skipping in here at 6:40pm CDT.

Need help in
trying to identify the source.  

If
you tune in stay there for 30 minutes or so.  If you
tune in for a few seconds it may not be strong and you
will miss it.
