Listened from 1342-1407 utc. Nothing down under audio wise, just hets. Radio Rossii in at sunrise this morning, usually never heard when the sun comes up. DPRK 657 & China 1044 were the only stations heard this morning that are not regulars.

567     JAPAN, Sapporo, JOIK NHK1 1342 weak signal with man in Japanese. Moderate splatter. NW ewe. 03/26/2013


594    JAPAN, Tokyo, JOAK NHK1 1343 weak signal and // JOIK 567. NW ewe.  03/26/2013


657    DPR OF KOREA, Pyongyang, 1345 poor signal with bits of audio coming  through. Heavy splatter. NW ewe. 03/26/2013


693    JAPAN,  Tokyo, JOBB NHK2 1358 Fair signal with man in Japanese. Moderate splatter. NW ewe.  03/26/2013


774    JAPAN, Akita, JOUB NHK2 1347 fair signal with man in Japanese. NW ewe.  03/26/2013


828    JAPAN, Osaka, JOBB NHK 2 1349 weak signal with moderate splatter and // 774 JOUB. NW ewe.  03/26/2013


972    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Dangjin, HLCA  KBS 1356 good signal with music and moderate KUFO splatter. NW ewe.  03/26/2013


1044   CHINA, Changzhou, CRI 1355 weak signal with woman in Japanese. NW ewe.  03/26/2013


1422   JAPAN, Yokohama, JORF RF, RF Radio Nippon 1352 poor signal with some audio getting through the heavy splatter. NW ewe.  03/26/2013
