[IRCA] Salyersville KY with country on 1140 - new

They go by Pure Country and have 106.5, and have been caught at night with audible power in these parts in recent weeks...new for me.

1140 country under WRVA, gave ID sounding like Your Country 106.9

So far checking possibles.. i can't find anything that fits.. VCY itself owns an Am station, but thats on 690khz.
