[IRCA] DX TIP 540 CBGA-1 Grand Anse, NEW BRUNSWICK

I've seen CBGA1 listed as New Carlisle QC, across the river from Grand Anse NB, but I think the station is actually located in NB.

Anyhow, with CBEF Windsor ON gone to 1550, it's now easy to ID this one since it's French CBC. It packs a decent enough signal to the west - I get it fairly solidly at Burnt River ON - that I think it should be easy pickings for a lot of you.

I challenge all of you, including Pat Martin in Oregon, to get this one!
