[IRCA] UNID SSer 1530

1530  UNID SSer playing a bit of everything including a US C&W song, and
then back to back Tropical type music at 0350-0405 EDT 3/16. At 0402,
male ancr with slogan ID as "....La Voz de....." At times on top of
KFBK. Any ideas?  Thanks.
