730 kHz XEHB MÉX Hidalgo del Parral, Chihuahua, Sunday 10 March @ 0715 UTC with "Ke Buena Ciento Siete Punto Uno y Ke Buena Siete Ciento Triente" ID. Very strong signals (even with lightning static in background) in deep null of co-channel XEX from México City. Time change had not occurred yet.
