[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 3-5

Hello All,

There was some unusually good (for March) reception of 1575-VOA in Thailand from 1415-1430 UTC this morning, which was the only major sign of TP life during a rather lackluster session. 594-JOAK and 972-HLCA were the only other Asians to reach audio level this morning, both managing fair signals around 1415. The usual Korean big gun 1566-HLAZ never made it out of the noise.
