[IRCA] TP 3 Mar; Victoria version

A late submission today, but things weren't too exciting; better than the previous mornings, but nothing to jump up and down about.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

not quite; maybe tomorrow

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1566 HLAZ presumed, slow vocal mx 1428UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

594 JOAK man and woman talking in JJ 1431UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

567 JOIK woman in JJ //594 1432UT, high pitched voice really cut the crud
584 JOPG woman talking //594 1431UT, barely above noise, unusual to hear with these poorish conditions
747 JOIK woman singing //774 1435UT
774 JOUB likely, woman talking JJ inflection 1429UT, and of course //747 1435UT

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

612 972

best wishes,

Nick
