Re: [IRCA] 1180 off frequency

Just a note that despite looking for it, we noted no Cuban on 1179 during the just-completed LBI DXpedition ( deferred from November courtesy of Hurricane Sandy ). Conditions were semi-auroral, and we did hear at least one on 1180 proper.
