[IRCA] TP for 20 Feb 2013; Victoria version

Aha, we had some enhancement this morning, seemed spaced throughout the band,
not huge, building steam by 1445UT, but mostly done by 1500UT

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

1566 HLAZ slow instrumental mx, man in CC, 1444UT

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB EE lessons 1417UT; not as good later however
828 JOBB EE lessons 1424UT
747 JOIB JJ talking 1442UT //774

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

594 JOAK various times between 1415 and 1500UT
603 HLSA male ballad 1453UT //558
972 HLCA man in KK 1522UT
1503 JOUK slow male vocal //594 1456UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

558 HLQH slow male ballad //603 at 1453UT
891 JOHK? man talking JJ inflection 1419UT, no // available at this time
945 CNR1? man talking, pretty sure //6125 at 1452UT, but too messy a signal to
say for sure
1017 CRI chimes and fanfare creeping through at 1500UT, pretty much the only
audio left, and hung around for a few more minutes
1422 unID. woman talking w/bits of instrumental mx 1448UT, not certain it was JJ
but pretty mangled by splash; big carrier
1557 slow talk by man 1455UT, too weak for a guess about language.
1575 instrumental mx 1451UT
1593 CNR1 woman in CC //6125 at 1450UT

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

756 837 864 909 1143 1323 1359

best wishes,

Nick
