Damn. Don and I almost crossed paths many many times, but we never did meet. We did keep up a lively email exchange about DXing, northern California things and a football pool that he co-moderated. Wish I could safely retell some of the stories he had. Don was the perpetual bridesmaid in the pool, but this year he ran away with first place.  Rest well, mi amigo.
