[IRCA] TP for 15 Feb 2013; Victoria version

I'm not so sure that this was a better morning here for DX than yesterday. The
big guns were pretty active just after 1400UT, with the occasional second tier
station poking its nose out of the murk. Sunrise enhancement wasn't great, and
ended a few minutes earlier than yesterday as well.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

1566 HLAZ man in CC at 1501UT; stronger than the earlier logging at 1414UT

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

594 JOAK man in JJ 1512UT
747 JOIB woman in JJ //828 1414UT
774 JOUB woman in JJ //828 1413UT
828 JOBB woman in JJ //774 1413UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

972 HLCA man in KK 1416UT
1503 JOUK man in JJ //594 1512UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

567 JOIK man in JJ //594 1415UT
585 JOPG woman talking //594 1515UT
1278 unID man and woman talking JJ inflection? 1508UT
1287 JOHR? woman talking, high pitched, JJ inflection 1459, fading to hour with
just one pip heard
1422 JORF? man talking 1514UT, maybe JJ inflection? big carrier
1575 VoA? man talking 1513UT
1593 CNR1 man and woman talking //6125 at 1504UT

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

603 639 1008 1242 1269

best wishes,

Nick
