[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 02/15/13

Asian signals seemed to be making a come back this morning. 
 Listening at 1259-1330 GMT, I heard weak audio from 774 JOUB 
and 1566 HLAZ.  The signal from HLAZ didn't fade out until 1327, 
nine minutes after local sunrise.  I also noted weak carriers on 
828 and 972 kHz.  PL-310 with FSL antenna.
