[IRCA] WAZN 1470 NY has possible early morning morse code routine

Bruce Conti in NH is reporting "WAZN Watertown" in Morse code at least two mornings at 0900 
and 1000 UTC.  This is likely part of its pre-dawn routine.

The code might make reception easier. So if you need it this may be your chance.
