[IRCA] TP for 8 Feb 2013; the lost Victoria version

Wellll, maybe I should have gotten up earlier, because listening around sunrise
didn't get me anything close to what Gary was reporting. I did do some quick
listening around 1400UT when a couple of the big guns showed some strength, but
1510UT onwards didn't yield much of interest, I'm afraid.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

not today

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB man in JJ 1354UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

747 JOIB man in JJ at 1515UT
972 HLCA woman in KK 1355UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

567 JOIK man in JJ //594 1355UT
594 JOAK parallel to 567 1355UT
828 JOBB man talking //774 1512UT
936 man talking 1357UT; would guess Anhui.
1053 Korean jammer 1358UT
1287 JOHR? man burbling in the murk 1510UT; JJ inflection at peaks.
1566 man talking in murk 1530UT, presumably HLAZ
1575 man talking at near imaginary strength 1519UT

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

864 1098 1251 1323 1593

best wishes,

Nick
