[IRCA] WSRO 650 MA and 1540 NH in well

WSRO with Portuguese programming clobbering WSM, and trhe 1540 oldies station in NH is in with rock oldies, second to KXEL IA. CHIN Toronto is almost absent. These must be on day power and such.
