[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 8 Feb 2013

Rather an odd morning, as various signals seemed to behave in different 
ways.   Started off the same way as yesterday, with fair audio at 1405 
from 693 and 774, but yesterday that was the peak, with zero audio by 
1430.  Today things hung around longer, with a few more in audio.


594 - Japan, JOAK, weak audio just poking through the IBOC noise at 1425.
693 Japan, JOAB, fair audio from 1405, and much steadier than 774.
747 Japan,  JOIB, virtually nothing at 1405, but about even with 774 by 
1425, and was the best TP of the bunch by 1445.
774 Japan, JOUB, fair audio at 1405 through to 1425, then faded out 
almost entirely for 5 minutes before coming back up. Was subject to long 
deep fades thoughout my listening.
828 Japan, JOBB, traces of audio at 1405, gradually improving to 1430 peak.
972 Korea, HLCA, only a weak carrier at 1405, but reached audio level by 
1427, for about 15 minutes.
1566 Korea, HLAZ, weak carrier at 1405, snippets of audio by 1425.
1575 Thailand, VOA, fair carrier earlier, bits of audio by 1425, but 
then quickly faded after 1430


Sunrise here is now about 1445.
