[IRCA] Unid 1610

Hi everyone,

Last night around 0200 EST (0700 UTC), I heard a Spanish speaker mixing
with Caribbean Beacon-1610. The music was Tropical/Calypso. Was this
likely CHHA Toronto? I see they have 6250 watts now.
