[IRCA] TP 31 Jan; Victoria version

Again, not a good morning, but there was a sunrise enhancement, just 
not spectacular, and almost all upper band.   Listened around 1440UT, 
1515UT and after 1530UT, and am beginning to get a deeper 
appreciation of the variety of electrical noises on offer these 
mornings, at least three different types.   A whole new hobby awaits.

(Oh, as for the possibility of 612 being //738 yesterday, my 
recording said "no", so possibly 738 was Tahiti, as Dennis noted this morning)

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

none



reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1575 presumably VoA, best of the morning at 1550UT w/ woman in SE 
Asian language talking to a man on the telephone by the sound of it.


not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

774 JOUB music box s/off at 1524UT
972 HLCA woman in KK 1544UT; also noted weaker at 1557UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

594 JOAK? woman talking, JJ inflection?  1556UT
828 JOBB mx box s/off at 1522UT
1593 CNR1?  woman mumbling, sounded //6125 at 1555UT


Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

567 738 747 864 891 1458 1557 1566 (couple of carriers)
