[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 01/21/13
Good morning.
It was possibly the best TP DX morning here thus far this year.
A few signals were heard from Korea with the jammer on 1053
kHz being the best. It was heard from 1333 until fade-out at 1354
GMT. It was at fair strength at 1333-1339. There was a strong
het on 972 but sadly no audio was heard. HLAZ 1566 was heard
at 1325 with barely audible traces of audio rising above the noise.
It rose to poor strength with a man talking at 1330. The only
Japanese station heard was JOBB 828 barely rising above the
noise level at 1342 (sunrise was at 1338).
Receiver: Tecsun PL-310 with 7-inch FSL antenna.
