[IRCA] Persistence pays off!!

 790  WSGW  MI Saginaw - 1/18 1722 ELT - Weak, but in there, with "790 WSGW" ID, then into the Tom Sullivan program.  Had been after this one at sunset nearly every day for the past three winters, but today, usual sunset pest WAYY was nowhere to be found.  Another one off the Most Wanted list, and a nice present on my birthday, to boot.  (RD-NE1)
