I'm afraid I clearly hear area code 618 on the longer clip. (that means Olney) I also hear a web URL containing the word "Olney" although I'm not able to pull the rest of it out.
There is a hotel called "The Holiday" in Olney (not "Holiday Inn") and it does contain a music venue -- although the event list doesn't list any gospel shows until June.
