[IRCA] TP Signals Good at 1415 UTC

Hello All,

Yesterday Nick gave advance warning of above-average Asian signals at an early hour here on the west coast, which in fact turned out to be one of the better sunrise sessions in recent  memory. For those who are able to listen in this morning, the TP conditions at 1415 UTC seem every bit as good as yesterday, and maybe even a little better.
