[IRCA] KVOX 740 ND maybe at Burnt River ON

Ernest Wesolowski in NE reports 740 KVOX ND is running day power-pattern, or at least was a few hours ago. At 0052-57 EST Monday morning at Burnt River I had a station with a couple ads, one of which mentioned Red River. I am not sure if this is KVOX or something else, and the phone numbers etc in the ads is lessb than clear. But I have them taped and will give another listen in the morning. Whatever it was faded soon after. It might have been running country music - at least one station under Toronto was country.
