An interesting morning, with a new logging.    Not a lot of audio 
available, and the big gun low band signals weren't powerful by any 
means, but they had their moments, especially on the upper 
band.   Peak seemed to occur between 1540 and 1550UT again.  No sign 
of the transpolar DX that Dennis and Nigel have reported.



pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

594 JOAK woman and man in JJ  1531UT
1503 JOUK two men talking in JJ //594 at 1538UT; but underneath there 
was a woman talking, then a woman singing a slow song; at 1542UT a 
parallel established w/7555, for R. Taiwan International's Thai 
broadcast, and a new one here
1557 Taiwan?   instrumental mx at 1548; early man talking in CC
1566 HLAZ man in CC 1532UT

reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

747 JOIB  s/off chimes at 1543.  This was the best NHK2 station this morning
1575 likely VoA; SE Asian language by woman at 1527UT; Burmese listed
1593 CNR1 man talking //6125 at 1546UT


not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be
understood by a native speaker:


1593 NHK2 s/off chimes at 1544UT o/CNR1
1602 NHK2 s/off chimes 1544UT


Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

558 unID slow instrumental mx in splash
567 JOIK woman talking //594 at 1547UT
639 CNR1 woman talking 1455UT //6125
774 JOUB man talking //747 1532UT
945 woman talking very faint at 1556UT, seemed //6125 but not 100% sure
1377 CNR1 woman talking //6125 at 1535UT
1476 unID; slow instrumental mx 1529UT


Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):
