[IRCA] 1215
At 0524 UTC a brief carrier was noted barefoot on the 310. Seems I missed most of the action.
Earlier, on the way to my second job from 2240-2255 UTC hets noted on 531, 549, 910, 1000, 1090, 1180 and 1520. This on my car radio.
