[IRCA] 1620 Indiana

Just curious...when I was at Burnt River ON DX site last week, South Bend 1620 was off the air the entire time. I reported it off, yet have not seen any reports. I had nothing new, myself, but did get notable relog of an Illinois HAR near Chicago. In surprisingly steady at 500 miles between sunrise and sunset, along with Omaha, a couple NY State HARs, College Station TX, and Rebelde. I was hoping for WA state but no luck.

I'm now in Toronto, with a local a mile away on 1610, so no hope here...

Is it still off? If so, anyone know what's up? Has anyone tried mining the channel?
