[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 12-7-12

Listened from 1345-1420 utc and conditions were down a little from yesterday with only  weak carriers on 774, 1557, 1566 and 1593 and audio on 1566 and 1593.
 
1566  HLAZ poor at 1413 utc with talk.
 
1593  CNR1 China hrd at 1307 utc just above the noise level.
