Those of you who hang around 1710 can probably answer this. I commute in the
Pittsburgh, PA / Morgantown, WV area. On 1710 at night, I repeatedly hear
several very weak, fady stations, occasionally audible. Two of these tend to
dominate. One is a SS (music & voice, sounding fairly professional), and the
other broadcasts continual PSAs mentioning .gov websites. Considering my
location, any idea who/where these might be? Thanks!
