Hi Guys:

 I have 1040 CJMS from Saint Constant, QUEBEC making an appearance here this morning @ 0322-0331 EST, under WHO!!! Rising at times to a respectable level.

FF Country Music & French Talk by Male and Female with Jingles and IDs as "CJMS".

It is in // to the Live Webfeed and pretty close to being in sync with it.

This is a NEW Station for both the ULR and OVERALL LOGS!!
