[IRCA] KRPI 1550 Ferndale, WA

 New station heard this morning thanks to KKOV 1550 open carrier. KRPI Ferndale, WA in with fair signal with Punjabi and matching their live stream audio. Another station under KPRI heard , but not able to ID it.
