[IRCA] mystery on 1190 khz

Hello To All,


This evening I was hearing the "Star Spangled Banner"  on 1190 khz with what I presumed was a sign off of a station .... but which one ? . The time was 22:00 UTC ( 5 PM Eastern) and signal was fairly strong. I had tuned it in too late to hear any info prior to the Anthem.

It must be a station in the east as it was quite strong.  After the anthem, there was of course no further programming. Any ideas would be appreciated on this one.
