[IRCA] Today's TP DX in Seattle - 12 Nov

It was another very good morning here in Seattle, with all sorts of 
interesting stuff.

Once again, there were two peaks: one around 1300-1330 UTC for most of 
the band, and another at about 1500 UTC for the upper part of the dial.

Today, I was able to see multiple carriers on a few frequencies that 
don't normally have them:
1206 had Yanbian on 1205.96, plus a weaker signal on 1206.00 that left 
me scratching my head (Even at Grayland I only ever hear Yanbian there).
1566 had HLAZ on-channel, plus a second station on 1566.04
1575 had three carriers: 1574.95, 1575.00(VOA) and 1575.03
1602 had two signals: NHK audio on 1602.00, and a much weaker mystery on 
1601.96.

750 KFQD jingle ID and CBS nx atop freq 1400
774 JOUB end of weather report, local ID, then EE lessons by peppy 
sounding man and woman 1320
780 KNOM, woman with regional weather 1302 o/KKOH
850  KICY, loud with Christian mx, legal ID, then religious talk 1400 
way atop KHHO
972 HLCA, 1332 man with promo(?) anmt  mentioning KBS a couple of times, 
then fem talk
1566 HLAZ series of well produced anmts in CC across ToH 1500

Somewhat OK audio
594  JOAK pips & talk 1300
670 KDLG, guitar mx, partial ID, then BBC news 1300 mixing with KBOI
693 JOAB CC lessons 1347
747 JOIB weather 1310
890 KBBI (tentative), BBC World Service 1358, no ID heard at ToH
981 China, talk during pauses in CKNW splatter 1244
1053 jammer 1314
1503 JOUK fair with pips and JJ talk 1500, still producing audio 1525
1557 CC talk 1457, somewhat weaker by 1500 with 5+1 pips typical of 
mainland China stations.  Apparently not WYFR.
1575 VOA woman in unid lang (Burmese listed) 1454
1602 NHK male JJ talk 1458, mx 1459, pips 1500.  Nothing heard after that.

Bits and Pieces of stuff in the noise and splatter
567 Japan(?), bits of talk during KVI quiet periods, sounded //594 1256
657 DPRK, poor talk 1301
666 Japan, pips and not much else 1300
783 Unid fem talk 1324
828 JOBB, pips and little else 1400
864 partial pips and nothing else 1300
1206 Yanbian, KK talk weak 1258
1287 lively music faded up briefly 1456
1323 brief male talk 1313
1422 JORF, woman weak in JJ 1446
1494 talk and possible flute music very poor 1450
