[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 11-10-12

Listened from 1315-1405 utc and the bottom part of the band was dead with no audio and only very weak cariers on 594 and 774.  The top part of the band was very good with 4 stations with audio.
 
1557  Very weak audio at 1351 utc with talk may be Taiwain.
 
1566  Rebublic of Korea HLAZ good at 1335 utc with talk.
 
1575  Thailand VOA fair with Asian talk at 1338 utc.
 
1593  China CNR1 poor at 1342 utc with talk.
